do children who have been sexually abused have more frequent bowel movements?

I am foster parrent and i have several children come through my home who have suffered numorous types of abuse. I have two particular children whom i believe have been sexually abused. Theese children also have more frequent bowel movements than any other children that i have ever dealt with and i was wondering if this was a result of sexual abuse.

well they could have IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) which can start when they are nervous/scared/anxious etc.
so yes, its likely they do have more frequent bowel movements.

you can see a doctor about this, although there is no cure, there are some tips/advice they can give.

    good luck! xxx
