I heard an ad for a product that supposedly cleans your colon and other intestinal organs - do they work ?

This is junk, if we had several pounds of junk stuck in our intestine or colon, we would all be walking around with obstructions. You have peristalic movements that keeps things moving in one direction. The purifying enema has been around for a hundred years or more. Old snake oil……
No. You may have a few pound of matter in your colon, but it will all come out in due time. things do not stick to the walls, or we'd die from gangrene.
