Can hemorrhoids cause pain down my legs?

Author: I have a hemorrhoid and have been experiencing a great deal of cramping down the back of both of my legs. Could these two be related?

Depending on the size of the hemorrhoid, it's possible that the two could be related but I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
