Do you know how to cleanse colon without having a medical surgery?

Author: I have heard doctors helping colon cleansing thorough some medical treatment / surgery. Do you know any way how to cleanse colon with some natural products?

Most importantly, what reason do you feel the need to cleanse your colon? Anything you hear in an infomercial about it improving your health is going to be a lot of "junk science." But yes, there are natural products to do it. Most systems use bulk-forming laxatives (much like metamucil).
