I have had hemorrhoids for quite some time now and now they bleed. I do construction work and a lot of times ?

Author: I don’t even know that they are bleeding and it is embarresing. Is there someting I can take for this type of hemorrhoids. Like some kind of home remedy or something,Because I have no insurance and I really need to work or I will lose everything I Have. Please tell Me. THANK YOU

You can treat these yourself but it will take some effort on your part. First, you need to change your diet so that your stools are more soft in consistency. Straining to pass a hard stool is a common cause of hemorrhoids. Adding fresh fruits and vegetables (both raw and cooked) and dramatically increasing your water intake will solve the hard stool problem. Next, there are over the counter hemorrhoid medications such as Preparation H, Anusol, etc. that you can use after every stool and also in-between for any pain/itching, etc. Then, you need to soak in a hot bathtub at least once a day. Twice would be even better. This can help shrink the size of the hemorrhoids. It is possible to shrink the size of a hemorrhoid until it no longer causes you any problems. They do not go away completely. You have to treat the underlying causes which is diet, water and use of medication in order to heal these up. If these methods fail, then you will need to seek medical attention and have them surgically removed.
