What could be causing me to have frequent bowel movements?

Ok I am very regular with bowel movements..same time every morning. But today I have been up for about 8 hours and have already had 5 large stools. Its not diarehha, they are soft and formed really long. I havent changed anything in my diet so what could this be? I've also been feeling low n energy and weak..is this because of all the pooping? Im drinking plenty of water but im kinda scared to eat anything for the rest of the day

don't know age but you may need a colon scope or it could be normal as you said today was the first GL

Something you have eaten has increased the motility (movement) in your bowels. You could also be coming down with a stomach "bug" (gastroenteritis). Feeling weak is often one of the first symptoms of some sort of illness. Unless you are feeling like you are going to vomit, you need to continue eating. If you do not, you will become more weak than you already are. Just see how you feel in the morning, if your symptoms are getting worse, consider getting in to see your family doctor.

Maybe you drank to much water you may need to cut back just a little or you could be losing weight. if it continues you sholud see a docter if it stops today then maybe it was just a weird thing that happened with your body evry body has something wierd that goes on evry now and then
