What are some things some of you have done to get rid of your internal hemorrhoids?

Author: I have ordered some rue care oil, and have thought about harry's hemroids are any of these credible.
Or what are some other soutions.
Please answer my question directly and dont tell me to eat healthier because I have done that 20-25 grams of fiber daily and 8-10 glasses of water daily.

Baloney to the surgery bit. The problem is your diet. They won't go away but they will be completely no problem and you won't even know they are there. I've only had one or two small flare ups in the past 42 years. You need to eat healthy. More dark green veggies, less red meat, more fish, fruit daily eaten alone. Eating smaller amounts too. A good multivitamin, and 1,000 mg vitamin C daily. Cut back on carbs. ***Eat more fiber.**** Talk to some health food enthusiast and you'll catch on to a lifestyle change that will make you look and feel so much better. Good luck.
the only way to get "rid" of internal hemmorhoids is by having them surgically removed. You can treat them, there are over the counter products like preparationH and Annusol, or you can ask your doctor for something stronger, but these only treat the symptoms, they will not "rid" you of the hemmorhoids, they are part of your circulatory system, and you are pretty much stuck with them unless you have surgery to remove them.
How bad are they? If they are bleeding or very painful then you will need them removed. Its an easy operation. My dad had his removed. You will just spend a day in hospital.
I dont know about the products you mentioned. I only know about Preparation H and suppositories. I think you will be best with the conventional surgical route.
Oh, i know that vaseline can help on the external area if you get what is commonly know as 'ring sting' Vaseline can calm down the burning sensation.
P.s Your diet is just right. If you eat anymore fibre than that you may end up with diahorrea and or more stinging.
