Last Friday I had stomach cramps due to no bowel movement all week. After taking 2 laxatives Saturday evening, the next morning I had a major bowel movement, however, it is now Wednesday and I have had no bowel movement since. What's wrong with my digestive system?

It's hard to answer this question without details about your diet. Did you change your dietary habits in the last two weeks? What's different now? Are you under stress?
Generally I'd say you need more fiber. You should avoid laxatives because they work by weakening the bowel muscles.
