I have an old cabinet that I want to restore. I picked up an old chair at a thrift store that has feet with lag bolts attached. I want to use these feet for the cabinet, but don't know how to attach them. Can I just use a drill to make holes and screw them in, or do I need to use some sort of bolt?

I've just been wondering about it lately because my feet get a little dry and I have seen pictures and terms as to which the severe cases are of the diabetic foot, but I just want to know what they feel and look like when you are in the prosses of getting diabebtes or you do have diabetes. I am taking a lifeguard class and we have to go down to the bottom of the pool which is 13 feet. The instructors have had us using a feet first surface dive. I get nearly to the bottom, but I am struggling to reach the bottom completly. I can normally reach the bottom with no problem if I just go down head first, but the type of dive that they are having us use seems to be really hard for me. I get within about two feet of the bottom, and then I start to float to the surface. Any suggestions? Thanks!

I have these great new sandals, and I love them! But when I walk, my feet slide forward, and after a short while, the shoes start to pinch across my feet, because they're too far up on the shoe. Does anybody have any tips to keep my feet in place without ruining the look of the shoe?

I notice my feet and toes get itchy for several days in the winter time. When I put my feet in hot water, it getting more itchier. Why do I get itchy? I first thought it caused itchy by either shampoo, soap or socks. I don't think that cause it. It just happen to be there. What is the solution to get my feet and toes stop itchy?
