My best friend had complications with childbirth and is now in a wheelchair recovering. She's not able to use her thigh muscles and stand on her own yet, but is slowly getting better with physical therapy. It is hard for her because her husband has to do everything for the baby (except breastfeed , of course). I'm flying out to visit her and her new family next week and would like to bring her something that may help her cheer up. Any ideas?

I am extreamly busy and me and my Fiance want to get some at home videos instead of taking the 6 week class. What are some goof childbirth class videos? Like lamas and such.

At first, I was sure I wanted an epidural, but after hearing some not so good things about it in childbirth class, and learning of my other options, I may reconsider. Which was better? Which was less painful? Would you have had a planned cesarean if you had known what natural childbirth was like.
