Asthma ????
Author: I was diagnosed with Asthma in 2004.
I am currently 13 years old.
In 2006 i thought that i had 'grown out' of asthma.
But my mum always thinks i still have asthma,
I get really bad hayfever [ itchy eyes, runny/blocked nose, rashes ] from animal fur but mainly cats.
Last night i slept at a friends house and she has 4 cats and 2 dogs inside.
And I was wheezing, tightness in my chest and coughing. This was as well as my hayfever symptoms.
When I went home the next morning i still had all these symptoms.
My mum immently thought i had Asthma and was hunting the cuboards for year old ventolins.
She made me have 2 puffs of ventolin [ expiry date April 08 ]
but i still took it. Was this a bad choice?

I do take 'claratyne' and 'claramax' sometimes.
It's okay to take the old Ventolin until you get a new one. My son has asthma and I cannot stand to see him suffer. I guess your mom could not either. Make sure you take a new one with you from now on. It will make your life a whole lot easier if you are not struggling to breath.
