Whats an equivilant to the pain of childbirth?

I've heard one example that its like pulling your lower lip over your head but what are other examples? I find it difficult to imagine my lower lip pulled over my head, are there any better analogies?
I stubbed my toe once that hurt pretty bad I couldnt imagine child birth would be any worse
