How in this living heavenly universe do I end depression for good so that it never dares to occur again?
How do I? (both depression and anxiety) . I cry so much and feel so miserable for long hours every month atleast (for a few days generally) By the grace of God I beg you to tell me how do I be like others?, depression free and stress-anxiety free. I cry about so small things like coming back from a vacation to my boring old-life. Help, PLEASE.














Ok, first off I want to say that I would suggest you go and see someone about it. Make sure you are seeing a psychologist and not a psychiatrist. There is a difference, trust me.
Now, on to what I think in this situation as a person who has studied Psychology and dealt with several people that suffer from depression and anxiety.
Here are some practical things you can do to try and relieve some of the symptoms.
1) Play soothing music in your home, car, work, etc.
2) Take time out of your day to sit down and let your mind be at ease. Do something that relaxes you or just do nothing at all. Try praying, it often helps to offer a sincere, heart-felt prayer about it. And praying daily never hurt anyone.
Now, there could be a chemical or hormonal imbalance there, but the therapist will be able to decide on that. The therapist will be able to help you more with the depression treatment, though it will likely never just go away. You will have to learn how to cope with the causes of your depression and anxiety. Everyone has stress anxiety at some level. What sets some apart is their ability to cope with it and develop methods of reducing it as much as possible.
Oh, and as far as your boring old life, try taking up a hobby that really excites you and you really enjoy. That will not only relieve some of the stress, it will help liven up your life and make you feel alot better about it.
