How can I speed up the shrinking of swollen glands?
Author: I had a cold a little bit ago and those always tend to make the glands in my throat swell up, however I no longer have a cold and they are taking a long time to return to normal size. I went to the doctor to make sure there was nothing else wrong and he said no and that the swelling should stop in time. But I was wondering if anyone here has ever found a way to make them smaller sooner.

They are doing their job - trapping and destroying the virus that was making you sick, and keeping other viruses and bacterial invaders from making your sick.
There's no way to make them smaller - just be glad they're working.
