put them in a shower with the warm steam and allow them to breathe in and out. or you can try coffee or any kinda of soda that contains caffeine in it (coke works really good)
make them put their hands on their head then have them slowly breathe in and out but the most important thing is to remain calm at all times stressing will only make it worse
