eyes?????????????????
Author: my 13 yr old sister wants to know why she has these dark circles and wrinkles under her eyes?
she is/has/does;
13 years old?
gets atleast 10 hours sleep
drinks plenty of water
very healthy diet
but everyone else her age does not have any wrinkles or dark bags and most of the other kids get very little sleep, smoke,drink, do drugs, wear loads of make up , dont eat/drink anything good for them.
why is this?
any soloutions (shes really annoying me about this)

Sometimes the circulation around your eyes isn't very good.
Maybe she could try exfoliating her face, in concentric circles near her eyes with a gentle microbead cleanser. If you rub and exfoliate it will increase color and bloodflow to your face.
